PRIVACY POLICY FOR NOTIFICATION MD Effective date: September 12, 2026 Last updated: September 12, 2026 Notification MD ("the App") is developed and operated by Deni Andrean ("the Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Notification MD, package name com.deni.notificationmd. 1. SUMMARY Notification MD is an offline notification-history application. After you voluntarily grant Android notification access, the App can read notifications delivered to your device and save the selected notification information in the App's private local database. The App does not transmit notification history or other App data to the Developer. It does not contain advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, user accounts, social login, or third-party data-collection SDKs. The App does not request internet access. Notification content may contain personal, confidential, or sensitive information created by other applications. You control notification access, which applications and channels are monitored, retention of saved records, and any ZIP export you create. 2. NOTIFICATION ACCESS AND INFORMATION PROCESSED Notification MD uses Android's Notification Listener service only after you enable notification access in Android settings. Depending on the notification and your monitoring settings, the App may process and store: The originating application's name and package name The notification title, text, expanded text, and subtext The notification category and channel identifier The time the notification was posted and captured Whether the notification is ongoing or can be dismissed A system notification key used to identify or update a notification record Notification content is determined by the application that created it. It may include messages, contact names, one-time passwords, financial alerts, health-related information, work information, or other sensitive content. The Developer cannot control the content sent by other applications. The App processes this information locally to provide notification history, search, grouping, filtering, dashboards, charts, metrics, and notification-detail features. Notification content is not sent to the Developer or an external server. You may configure monitoring separately for each application, including whether monitoring is enabled, selected notification channels, monitoring hours, active days, ongoing notifications, and notifications without visible text. By default, supported applications and channels may be selected for monitoring until you change these settings. You can revoke notification access at any time through Android settings. Revoking access stops the App from receiving new notifications but does not automatically delete records already saved locally. 3. INSTALLED APPLICATION INFORMATION The Manage feature reads information about applications installed on your device so that you can choose which applications and notification channels to monitor. This may include: Application name and package name Application icon Whether the application is a system or user application Application installation date, when Android makes it available Notification channel names and identifiers made available through Android's notification-listener APIs This information is used locally to display, sort, filter, and configure the application list. Monitoring policies associated with package names are stored locally. The installed-application list is not transmitted to the Developer. 4. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE Notification MD may store the following information locally: Notification records described in Section 2 Per-application and per-channel monitoring rules Monitoring schedules and selected active days Language, light or dark mode, and Material theme preferences Background-monitoring and startup preferences Search and display preferences used by App features This information is stored in the App's private local storage and is used only to provide App functionality. Application backup is disabled, so the App does not request Android cloud backup of its private data. Subject to Android device behavior, locally stored data is removed when you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App. Notification records and settings can also be deleted or reset through controls provided in the App. 5. BACKGROUND OPERATION, DEVICE STARTUP, AND BATTERY SETTINGS Notification MD can operate in the background through Android's Notification Listener service. The App requests permission to receive a device-startup event so it can ask Android to reconnect the listener after the device is powered on or the App is updated. The App may open Android or device-manufacturer settings where you can exclude it from battery optimization, enable autostart, or configure background restrictions. These changes occur only through Android or manufacturer-controlled settings. The App does not bypass Android's security controls, and you may change these settings at any time. 6. ZIP EXPORT AND IMPORT Notification MD allows you to export notification history to a local ZIP archive and import a compatible ZIP archive. Export and import occur only when you initiate the action and select a file or destination through Android's system file interface. An exported ZIP may contain the notification information described in Section 2. The archive is not encrypted by Notification MD. Anyone who obtains the exported file may be able to read its contents. You are responsible for choosing a secure destination, protecting the file, and deleting copies you no longer need. If you select a cloud-storage application or another external document provider as the destination, that provider may process the file under its own terms and privacy policy. Notification MD does not receive a copy of the exported archive and does not upload it independently. Importing a ZIP replaces the notification history currently stored in the App after confirmation. The App validates the archive format and processes the selected file locally. 7. OPEN APP, FEEDBACK, AND EXTERNAL LINKS The App may allow you to open the application associated with a saved notification. This launches that application using Android and does not send notification content to the Developer. The Send Feedback feature opens your email application with the Developer's email address and a suggested subject. Notification MD does not send email automatically. If you voluntarily contact us, we may receive your email address, name, message, attachments, and any other information you choose to provide. Feedback information is used only to respond, investigate issues, improve the App, maintain relevant support records, or satisfy legal obligations. It is not sold or used for advertising. You may request deletion of correspondence by contacting us at the address below. Your email provider processes messages according to its own terms and privacy policy. The App may provide optional links to the Developer's website or social profiles, including GitHub, LinkedIn, and Instagram. External services operate independently and may collect information under their own privacy policies. Opening an external link is optional. 8. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT OR TRANSMIT Notification MD does not collect or transmit to the Developer: Notification content or notification history Your installed-application list Your name, address, or telephone number Email addresses, unless you voluntarily contact us Precise or approximate location Contacts or Android account information Photos, videos, audio, camera, or microphone data Financial or payment information entered into the App Advertising identifiers Usage analytics or behavioral profiles Crash analytics Search queries entered within the App The App does not request internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or advertising permissions. 9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Notification MD does not integrate advertising networks, analytics services, cloud databases, social login systems, or third-party tracking SDKs. Google Play, Android, your device manufacturer, email provider, file provider, and applications that generate notifications may independently process information relating to downloads, installations, updates, security scanning, diagnostics, email, file storage, or notifications. Their processing is controlled by those providers and is subject to their respective privacy policies. The Developer does not receive personal information from these activities unless you voluntarily provide it or a platform provides aggregated or otherwise permitted information through its developer services. 10. DATA SHARING AND SALE The Developer does not sell, rent, or share notification data or personal information collected through the App because the App does not transmit this information to the Developer. Information leaves the App only when you deliberately initiate an action involving another application or service, such as exporting a ZIP to a selected document provider, sending an email, opening an external link, or opening another application. The selected provider handles that information under its own privacy policy. 11. DATA SECURITY Notification MD minimizes remote privacy risks by operating offline and keeping notification records and preferences in private local application storage. Android backup and cleartext network traffic are disabled for the App. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the App and its locally stored information. However, no device or software environment can be guaranteed completely secure. Local data security also depends on your device, Android version, lock-screen protection, installed applications, system modifications, and security settings. Exported ZIP files are outside the App's private storage and are not encrypted by Notification MD. Protect exported files appropriately, especially when notification records contain sensitive information. 12. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION Notification records and preferences remain locally on your device until one of the following occurs: You delete an individual notification record You reset App data using controls in Notification MD You import a ZIP that replaces the current history You clear Notification MD's storage through Android settings You uninstall Notification MD Android removes App data according to system behavior You can stop future collection by disabling monitoring for selected applications or channels, disabling background monitoring, or revoking notification access in Android settings. The Developer cannot remotely access, restore, or delete locally stored notification data because it is not transmitted to the Developer. For information voluntarily provided by email, you may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. 13. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY Notification MD is not designed to collect personal information from children and does not contain advertising, behavioral profiling, social features, or user accounts. Notification content generated by another application may nevertheless contain information about a child. Such content remains locally on the device unless the user deliberately exports or shares it. If a parent or guardian believes a child has voluntarily sent personal information to the Developer by email, they may contact us to request deletion. 14. INTERNATIONAL USERS Notification MD does not operate a server that receives notification history or App data. If you voluntarily use email, cloud file storage, or another external service, information may be processed in locations determined by that provider. 15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App's features, data practices, legal requirements, or Google Play policies change. Any revised policy will be published at the same publicly accessible URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting user privacy will be communicated through an appropriate notice where required. 16.
